What Happens Next?
Reports submitted via EthicsPoint will be handled promptly and discreetly, with facts made available only to those who need to know to investigate and resolve the matter. No attempt is made to identify reporters who wish to remain anonymous. All reports will be investigated as thoroughly as possible. Your cooperation is important to the success of the investigation. There are times when more information beyond what was initially reported is helpful in investigating a concern. NCH may ask follow-up questions through the hotline. You can provide additional information and remain anonymous.
Retaliation is Not Permitted
Nationwide Children’s Hospital welcomes everyone to report a compliance concern without fear of retaliation. Nationwide Children’s will not take any action against someone for reporting a concern in good faith. Nationwide Children’s Hospital prohibits intimidation and other forms of retaliation against staff for making a report in good faith.
