Our NonāRetaliation Policy: Our Company supports us as we voice our questions and concerns. Therefore, Brady will never tolerate retaliation against anyone for reporting a possible violation in good faith or for participating in an investigation. Reporting in good faith means you provide a complete and honest report of your concern. It does not mean that your suspicion or concern is ultimately proven to be true, only that you honestly believe it may be true at the time you report it. Anyone who deliberately makes a false accusation will be subject to discipline. Retaliation in any form is in itself a serious violation of our Code. Acts of retaliation should be reported immediately and will be disciplined appropriately.
