Our Commitment to You

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. We are committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or leadership in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

Our Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics. We encourage employees to reach out to their supervisor to discuss concerns.

In situations where you prefer to place a report anonymously, report to someone other than your supervisor or manager, or have an issue has not been resolved, you are encouraged to use the online reporting tool or the EthicsPoint Hotline. The Hotline is hosted by a third-party provider. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint and can be completely confidential and anonymous if you choose.
