An ethics concern is one that involves violations or suspected violations of the law, our Code of Conduct, or other VS&Co policies and procedures. If you are aware of or become aware of something you think is wrong, you are expected to report it. If you choose, you may report your concern anonymously where permitted by law. We are committed to undertaking a fair, prompt, and, when possible, confidential review of concerns reported to the Ethics Hotline. We strictly prohibit retaliation for good faith reporting under the Code or for participating in an investigation.
