Reporting Compliance Concerns or Questions

One of the key elements of Orlando Health’s Compliance and Ethics Program is an effective reporting system. The Compliance Hotline is a resource for patients, vendors, the community and team members to communicate with Orlando Health to ensure everyone’s need is addressed. It is every team member’s responsibility to immediately report possible violations of laws, regulations, the Code of Conduct, and policies and procedures using the Three-Step Communication Process. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this Hotline. The confidential Compliance Hotline is staffed by trained professionals who work for an outside independent organization, NAVEX. All reporting is anonymous unless the reporter chooses to self-identify. The Compliance Hotline forwards all reports to the appropriate personnel for review and investigation. The person making the report can inquire as to the status of their report using a personal code called a “report key” that is assigned to that specific report. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations of our Code of Conduct, as well as to ask for guidance related to policies and procedures or to provide positive suggestions and comments.
