"As a global company, our success depends on our integrity. Our hotline provides employees an easy to use resource to take ownership of our values and report improper or unethical behavior."
-Scott Rowe, Chief Executive Officer
Flowserve’s Ethics Hotline is a confidential resource for reporting concerns or questions about potential violations of Flowserve’s Code of Conduct, its policies or the law. The Ethics Hotline may be accessed via telephone or the online portal.
When you submit a concern or question through the Ethics Hotline, you will receive a Report Key and Password which can be used to follow up on your submission. Each submission will be investigated in accordance with Flowserve’s Ethics Investigation Policy and applicable procedures.
Flowserve’s Ethics Hotline is hosted on NAVEX’s secure servers and is not part of Flowserve’s website or Intranet. The NAVEX system allows you to submit a report anonymously (where allowed by local law) and neither Flowserve nor NAVEX will have access to your identity unless you choose to disclose it. Further, the details of reports are kept confidential to the fullest extent possible consistent with law and good business practices.
Flowserve’s Ethics Hotline is administered by a third-party external company, NAVEX, that provides hotline services to many large companies. It is available 24 hours a day and can accommodate reports or calls in all of our local languages.
Flowserve encourages you to speak to whomever you are most comfortable, such as your line manager, another member of management, your local HR business partner, Legal, or the Corporate Inquiries team.
Flowserve does not tolerate retaliation of any kind against anyone for making a good faith report. Any act of retaliation is subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. We seek to provide a safe, open and productive workplace for all of our employees. Every report of retaliation is thoroughly investigated.
