Your Role in Helping Us Protect TriWest’s Strong Integrity
TriWest Healthcare Alliance (TriWest) is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.
TriWest is committed to an environment where open, honest communications is the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable reaching out to your supervisor or another member of management if you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this online reporting tool, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to report violations as stated in our Code of Conduct, ask for guidance related to policies and procedures, and provide positive suggestions and stories.
The information you provide will be sent to TriWest’s Corporate Compliance department by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.
Our Commitment to You
TriWest shall take all possible measures to protect the anonymity and confidentiality of the reporting individual. TriWest Leadership View on Ethics
"It is our responsibility as the third party administrator for VA’s Community Care Network to provide access to health care for our nation’s heroes. We take that role extremely seriously and follow the strictest codes of conduct to ensure we are delivering on the promise of quality care and excellent service that those who have worn the cloth of our nation so richly deserve. As we serve those who served, it is my expectation that only the highest levels of ethics are upheld as we have done for more than 25 years in service to the government."
