Our success at Progressive depends upon our people—each and every one of us. We created the 24/7 Progressive Alertline to ensure a safe and respectful workplace that aligns with our Core Values as well as our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. This site enables you to report any work-related issue or concern that you feel is inconsistent with these. The Alertline is managed by NAVEX, an outside vendor, to maintain confidentiality. You may choose to provide your contact details or report an issue anonymously.
Remember: Your cooperation is critical to a successful investigation into your report, so please provide as much detail as possible.

What happens after I make a report?
You’ll be given a report key and asked to create a password when filing your report. Keep this in a safe place in case you need to access your report. We strongly suggest that you return to the Alertline site in ten business days, using your report key and password, to check for feedback or questions.
Once you’ve submitted your report by web or phone, the Alertline system electronically sends it to members of our Human Resources and Ethics and Compliance Departments to review for next steps.
We handle all reports promptly and discreetly—and investigate as thoroughly as possible. Only those who are involved in investigating and resolving the matter have access to the facts of the report. After the investigation is completed, we’ll close the case in our database. If and where possible, the investigator will share the outcome of the investigation with you.
You may return at any time to review your report, answer questions, and add information. While you won’t be able to change your original report, you’ll be able to clarify or update information at any time.
Commitment to Non-Retaliation
We’re serious about our commitment to non-retaliation at Progressive.
Retaliation is a violation of our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. We will not tolerate retaliation against anyone at Progressive who speaks up in good faith to raise a concern; who reports a known or suspected violation; or who participates in an investigation of a possible violation. If someone attempts to or succeeds at retaliation in response to a concern raised, we’ll dispense prompt and appropriate discipline—up to and including termination of employment. This includes retaliation against another employee or any person or entity doing business with Progressive. We’ll also act promptly if any business associate of Progressive attempts to or succeeds at retaliation against any Progressive employee for raising a concern under our Code.
