Follow up on a previously reported concern

It is important to follow up reports, this allows you to answer questions and provide additional information regarding your report. To follow up on an existing report please enter the report key provided to you and password you created when you initially submitted your report or question.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 2-3 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
