Meijer’s open door policy encourages communication, feedback, and discussion about any workplace questions, concerns, or issues. The open-door policy encourages team members to openly discuss work-related concerns without fear to seek a resolution. Team members are encouraged to address ethical issues and concerns with their location leadership or their Human Resources representative, as most problems can be resolved by them quickly.

In situations where it is preferred to place a confidential report, team members are encouraged to use this hotline. The hotline is hosted by a third-party hotline provider, NAVEX. The information provided will be sent to us by NAVEX on a confidential basis, with the option to remain anonymous. All team members have our commitment that their comments will be heard.

To Make a Report


By Phone

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 2-3 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
