Cal Athletics takes violations of University and Department of Athletics policies, NCAA bylaws, and federal and state laws seriously. We have selected EthicsPoint to provide a confidential means for reporting suspected misconduct or concerns regarding Cal Athletics staff. You may report your concerns online or by phone. With either method you can choose to remain anonymous, although remaining anonymous may impact our ability to review your concern. At the end of your report, you will create a PASSWORD and receive a REPORT KEY, to allow you to continue to communicate with us online or by phone. Please save your REPORT KEY and PASSWORD. Your PASSWORD cannot be reset or recovered. Please note that if you do not retain your REPORT KEY and PASSWORD, you will not be able to view the status of your report, submit additional information, or respond to follow-up questions.

All reports submitted through EthicsPoint will be reviewed by Campus and Athletic Administration. Reports will be referred to other university departments, such as the Office for the Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination (OPHD), People & Culture (Cal’s human resources department), or back to Cal Athletics as appropriate. This service is not intended to replace the opportunity to report issues or concerns in person. You may always report your concerns directly to coaches, other Cal Athletics employees or to University officials. Note that personnel issues may also be addressed to People & Culture or Labor Relations.
