The Office of Medical Education at the UCI School of Medicine is interested in hearing your ideas, feedback, and concerns. We have selected EthicsPoint to provide a confidential means for reporting any feedback. You may submit feedback online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and you can choose to remain anonymous.
At the end of your feedback report, you will create a PASSWORD and receive a REPORT KEY to allow you to continue to communicate anonymously with us online. Save your REPORT KEY and PASSWORD. Your PASSWORD cannot be reset or recovered. Note that if you do not retain your REPORT KEY and PASSWORD, you will not be able to view the status of your submission, provide additional information, or respond to follow-up questions.
