Is the information and report submitted by me confidential?
All information shared by you is confidential. The information you provide will be sent to the Last Mile Helpline team. Only on need to know basis, these reports will be available to specific individuals who are responsible for evaluating the report, based on the type of concern and location of the incident. The Last Mile Helpline team will reasonably ensure and protect the confidentiality of concerns raised.
How do you protect my privacy and keep my information secure?

Can I remain anonymous?

How do I follow up on my concern?
You can follow up on an existing report or provide additional information either online or by phone. You will need your Report Key (report identification number) and password to check the status of a previously submitted report.
What should I do if I lose my report key or forget the password I created?
Because of the high level of security that is maintained for these reports, if you lose your report key or password, you will need to file a new report. Mention in the new report that it is related to a report you previously filed.
I am concerned that the information I provide will ultimately reveal my identity. How can you assure me that will not happen?
The Last Mile Helpline protects your identity as you can choose to remain anonymous. However, please be careful that your report does not reveal your identity by accident.
