Our Code of Conduct brings our Values to life, helping guide each of us to make the right decisions every day. The Code can’t address every situation or answer every question you may face. Instead, it provides fundamental Values-based principles that help us exercise good judgment as situations arise. These include:

• Demonstrating ethical behavior and upholding our obligations and legal requirements;
• Treating fellow employees and others with whom we interact in a manner that is fair, courteous and respectful;
• Having appropriate interactions with stakeholders (customers, other commercial partners, government authorities and the public); and,
• Protecting the environment.

Pactiv Evergreen is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

If you don’t feel comfortable addressing a situation with a Company representative and instead prefer to submit an anonymous report or otherwise to a third-party in confidence, you are encouraged to use our Pactiv Evergreen Hotline, hosted by our partners at NAVEX and via their EthicsPoint confidential reporting system. If you encounter what you believe to be a potential violation of the law, regulation, our Code of Conduct or other Company policies, please speak up. Your concern will be thoroughly investigated.
