About the Bagel Brands Code of Conduct and Ethics Hotline

Bagels Brands is committed to providing a safe and positive working environment. Our Team Member Handbook contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics. Go to your leader with any questions or concerns or, you can also report concerns at any time, 24 hours a day, by calling or emailing the Bagel Brands Code of Conduct and Ethics Hotline. While it preferable to address concerns directly, you may also report your concerns anonymously. Please be assured you can contact People Services without fear of retaliation, which is strictly prohibited at Bagel Brands.

Non-Retaliation Policy

Bagel Brands strictly prohibits any type of retaliation against an individual who raises a complaint or concern in good faith, reports a violation of policies and/or participates in an investigation. Anyone found to have violated this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Every Bagel Brands Team Member is expected to abide by this policy and uphold Bagel Brands' Guiding Values and Behaviors.
