“Mary’s Center is an organization with strong values and corporate integrity. Our Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook, and Policies and Procedures contain basic principles which guide our relationship with, and responsibilities to, each other and the participants and the communities we serve. All Mary’s Center employees have a duty to report, and we encourage all others to submit reports, whenever unusual events or conduct occur in our clinics or offices that do not comply with our mission, values, or Code of Conduct. Your report will help support our performance improvement, employee engagement, and participant satisfaction initiatives.”

CONFIDENTIAL & ANONYMOUS REPORTING AVAILABLE 24/7

As an employee, partner, or a participant of Mary’s Center, we want you to feel comfortable in approaching a supervisor or management with the concerns you may have about unethical or discriminatory conduct or about our adherence with laws, rules, regulations, or policies and procedures.

In situations where you are not comfortable reporting through standard channels and/or prefer to report anonymously, you are encouraged to use the Mary’s Center Compliance & Reporting Hotline, which is administered by NAVEX EthicsPoint across all locations. The information provided will be relayed to the Compliance Team at Mary’s Center for investigation. Your concerns will be heard and responded to.

Mary’s Center does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who makes a good faith report of a suspected violation.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
