After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
Veralto is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.
Veralto is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor, management or HR in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. EthicsPoint is a confidential and secure reporting tool that Veralto has established for situations where you may not be comfortable reporting compliance or ethics concerns to your supervisor, management or HR. EthicsPoint is also a resource for you to seek guidance regarding compliance or ethical issues and to make suggestions for making Veralto’s Compliance program more effective.
EthicsPoint is hosted by an independent, third-party hotline provider, NAVEX, and allows you to submit a report in this platform via telephone or the Internet. You are encouraged to identify yourself when making reports as this will help us to be more effective in addressing your concerns or questions. Or you may choose to report your concerns or questions anonymously (where permitted by local law). In either situation, the information you provide will be treated confidentially except in those cases where this is not possible because of legal requirements or investigative necessity. Veralto prohibits retaliation against associates who in good faith either raise concerns or participate in the review of these matters.
You have our guarantee that your concerns and questions will be heard.
See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
