Insmed has an open-door policy and misconduct can be raised to your manager, Compliance, Legal, or Human Resources.
Additionally, this Hotline provides a way to report misconduct, including anonymously where allowed by local laws.
We take your concerns seriously. All reports will be reviewed and addressed according to our policies and procedures. We do not tolerate retaliation, discrimination or harassment against those who raise concerns.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. Use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions. Insmed will respond to all reports within 5 business days.
