Importance of Speaking Up and What to Expect

If you have a concern or suspect conduct that is inconsistent with our Code of Business conduct, policies, or the law, please speak up so that we can take action to address the problem. We take every reported concern seriously.

Submitting timely reports with critical details is essential to helping ensure full and through investigation into your concerns. Essential information includes who was involved; what happened (please be as specific as you can be and set forth facts); where and when the issue occurred; how was it discovered; the names of any witnesses and any other evidence or documentation you may have.

Please revisit the Ethics Helpline within 3 - 5 business days so that you can answer any follow-up questions or submit more information about your concern. It is likely that we will have additional questions. If the questions remain unanswered after 30 days or there is not enough information to move forward with a thorough investigation, it is possible your case may be closed without a resolution to your concern. Your participation in resolving your concern is particularly important.
