Xerox is committed to conducting business in accordance with the highest ethical standards. At Xerox, we depend on every employee and those working on behalf of Xerox to speak-up promptly and raise questions, issues, concerns, or any other matter anytime something seems wrong. We are not able to address suspected violations of the Xerox Code, policies, and the law and regulations if it does not know about them, and concerns that go unaddressed can fester and become more severe. Some examples of reportable concerns include:
- Legal /regulatory noncompliance
- Financial improprieties, such as accounting practices, internal controls, or auditing matters
- Fraud and theft/misappropriation of assets violations
- Bribery or other improper payments and gifts/entertainment outside of policy
- International trade control concerns
- Legal /regulatory noncompliance
- Money laundering
- Conflicts of Interest
- Sexual harassment
- Privacy concerns
- Violence in the workplace
Employees should review the Code of Business Conduct for more information about reportable concerns and additional escalation channels.
The Xerox Ethics is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is staffed by a NAVEX, a third-party service provider whose employees are trained to receive reportable concerns.
All reports will be handled discreetly and kept confidential, subject to applicable law and our need to properly review the matter. You may choose to remain anonymous if you wish.
Xerox strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. See the Xerox Non-Retaliation Policy for more information. Employees should review the Xerox Code of Business Conduct for more information about reportable concerns and additional escalation channels.
