After you submit your question, concern, or report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key". Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 3-5 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Please note that the Hotline, which is administered by NAVEX, only allows you to report financial, accounting, and auditing matters. Should you wish to report other matters, such reports should be made directly to your local Management, NFL Compliance Officer, NFL Human Resources, or the NFL Legal Department.
