Who administers the Integrity Helpline?

The Integrity Helpline website is hosted by a third-party hotline provider, NAVEX, and is not part of the CITGO website or intranet. The information you provide will be sent to the CITGO Ethics & Compliance Office on an anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be reviewed and addressed.

Why use the Integrity Helpline?

We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or other speak up channel in instances where you believe conduct will be or has been unlawful, unethical, inconsistent with our Code or the CITGO Values or otherwise violates CITGO policies or procedures. The Integrity Helpline can also be used to ask questions about ethics and compliance and the Code.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report, you are encouraged to use the Integrity Helpline and submit reports relating to such inappropriate conduct, as well as ask for guidance related to policies and procedures.
