InterDigital expects that reports made through the hotline or on-line are made in good faith and are legitimate concerns that the “reporter,” i.e., employee, believes should be investigated. Before making a report, we encourage you to consider raising any concerns you may have directly with your supervisor, department manager, a member of the human resources management team, senior manager of internal audit or an attorney in the legal department. However, if you have done so already and/or do not feel comfortable raising your concern directly with an InterDigital manager, please be assured the information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis, unless you choose to disclose your identity.
