InterDigital is dedicated to conducting business according to the highest standards of integrity and providing our employees with a safe, productive and comfortable workplace.
The board of directors, audit committee and management team at InterDigital value your input in these and other areas. We have selected EthicsPoint, a web-based and toll-free telephone hotline, as a way for you to report misconduct that may be illegal, unethical or otherwise inconsistent with our code of conduct or company policies, including but not limited to the equal employment opportunity policy.
InterDigital expects that reports made through the hotline or on-line are made in good faith and are legitimate concerns that the “reporter,” i.e., employee, believes should be investigated. Before making a report, we encourage you to consider raising any concerns you may have directly with your supervisor, department manager, a member of the human resources management team, senior manager of internal audit or an attorney in the legal department. However, if you have done so already and/or do not feel comfortable raising your concern directly with an InterDigital manager, please be assured the information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis, unless you choose to disclose your identity.
If InterDigital employees are aware of any violations of the code of conduct, our policies or the law, you should report them. As set forth in the company’s code of conduct, we maintain a policy of non-retaliation against persons reporting compliance concerns in good faith.
We believe InterDigital’s viability and integrity depend on the protection of our critical assets, including our people and our information. We also believe that our communications, internal controls and processes must constantly adapt to the changing needs and objectives of the company as well as to the changing marketplace. We count on your support and cooperation in keeping InterDigital an ethical company from top to bottom.
