After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Perma-Pipe insists on doing business with integrity. That means each of us, regardless of position, has an obligation to act in a highly ethical, legal and responsible manner. If you are aware of a situation in which you have questions or concerns about any Perma-Pipe ethics, legal or compliance matter, you may use this system to report it. If you choose, you can remain anonymous. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint. We have strict policies regarding the confidentiality of this information, and retaliation of any type is strictly forbidden.
