» Our Dedication

As we at Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) continue to grow, diversify, and develop our professional and technical capabilities and client base, our Senior Executive Leadership Team (SELT) is committed to ensuring that the appropriate business climate and ethical behaviors are maintained, demonstrated and reviewed in order to provide the appropriate environment from which to serve our clients, stakeholders, fellow employees, and communities in which we live and work. The CTC Code of Ethics and Business Conduct promotes ethical standards of behavior and we expect our employees to adhere to the values espoused in our code. The Board of Directors, Senior Executive Leadership Team (SELT) and Executive Leadership Team, support the Code.

We value your input and have selected EthicsPoint to provide us with a safe, anonymous and confidential method to hear your suggestions, concerns or reports of misconduct. The information you provide will be forwarded to the CTC Ethics Officer on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard and acted upon. Further you will also be given a tracking number for you to return and learn the outcome of your suggestion, comment or inquiry. It is important that you use the tracking number to check the status of your report on a regular basis until it has been resolved. To perform a thorough investigation, the Ethics Officer may need to ask questions through the Helpline System.

We believe that CTC's corporate commitment to communication, internal controls and processes will allow us to adapt to changing needs and objectives of the company as well as the changing market place. We encourage you to be forthcoming and report your concerns knowing that the information is confidential and you will be able to determine what actions were taken and why. Thank you for your support of the CTC Ethics Program.
