While we provide various resources that you can use to raise concerns, including your management team, the People Team, the Ethics & Compliance Team, and the Legal Team, we understand that there may be situations in which you prefer to share your questions or concerns elsewhere or even anonymously. In those situations, you are encouraged to use this Compliance Line, which is hosted by a third-party hotline provider. If you decide to share your concerns through this Compliance Line, the information you provide will be sent to specific individuals at QVC Group for review and follow up. If you share your concerns anonymously, the information you provide will still be sent to QVC Group, but on an anonymous basis. QVC Group will respect your decision to remain anonymous.

Non-Retaliation
QVC Group will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a good faith concern regarding violations of policy or other illegal or unethical conduct, or who cooperates in a related investigation. Any allegations of retaliation will be thoroughly investigated.
