We will not tolerate retaliation against anyone for reporting or providing information they reasonably believe relates to such violations. Retaliation is grounds for discipline, up to and including dismissal.

We safeguard the confidentiality of all reports - whether anonymous or identified - to the fullest extent permitted by law and investigative needs. Anonymity promotes open disclosure but may occasionally limit follow-up details, affecting investigation depth. Every report receives serious, prompt attention and appropriate action.
