How do I know where to direct my report?

The organization has defined the entities to which reports may be made. If you do not recognize the options available or know what to select, you may wish to reach out to your line manager or a leader within the legal, ethics, or compliance teams.

Directing your report to a specific entity determines which entity responds to or has access to the report. Depending on which entity you select, it may mean that organizational leaders, like a Chief Compliance Officer, may not be aware of your report or participate in its investigation.
