If you are aware of a situation that potentially violates the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics or any company policy, you should report the potential violation by any of the following methods.

- Contacting the human resources department
- Contacting the legal department
- Contacting the Manager – Ethics and Compliance
- File a Report by Letter
