Welcome to the Travelers Ethics Helpline
Travelers Ethics Helpline is a resource for seeking advice, raising a concern or reporting suspected unethical, illegal, fraudulent activity or a violation or potential violation of Travelers Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (“Code”).
The Ethics Helpline is administered by an independent, third-party service provider, NAVEX, and is available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In making a report, you may request that your report be treated as confidential. Every effort will be made to protect your identity. However, in some instances, it may be impossible to keep your identity confidential because of the demands of conducting a thorough investigation or because of legal requirements. Employees may consider placing an anonymous call to the Ethics Helpline or submitting concerns anonymously via the web.
If you are unsure whether a situation involves the Code or other Company policies, you should discuss the situation with your manager, Human Resources Generalist, or the Compliance Officer or Group General Counsel for your business area. If you become aware of any violation or potential violation of any law, regulation or the Code, you must notify the enterprise Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, Rachel O’Neill, directly at (860) 277-1231 or you may provide notification by calling the Ethics Helpline. Travelers strictly prohibits retaliation or harassment against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
Opens warning page in new tab then opens an email client to send the email.
When you submit the report, you will be issued a unique code called a “Report Key” and asked to create a password. Please write this information down and keep it in a safe place. To follow-up on your report, you will need your Report Key and password to return to the Ethics Helpline through the website or by phone. When you return to your report, you will have the opportunity to review any Follow-up Questions or Comments and submit more information if necessary.
IMPORTANT: Please note if you submit your report anonymously, we will only be able to communicate with you through the Ethics Helpline. You MUST therefore return with your Report Key and password to view and respond to any Follow-up Questions or Comments that have been posted to your report.
