Indiana University Policies Follow-up on a Report FAQ

Indiana University Anonymous Reporting Hotline

Indiana University has selected EthicsPoint to provide a simple way to report activities that may involve financial or other misconduct, violations of university policy, etc.

Reports submitted through EthicsPoint will be handled as promptly and discreetly as possible, with facts made available only to those who need to know how to investigate and resolve the matter.

EthicsPoint and Indiana University are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of individuals who submit reports. Due to the nature of certain claims, the University may be limited with respect to the action(s) it may be able to take in response to a report if the individual submitting the report does not wish to make his or her identity known.

Indiana University’s Whistleblower Protection policy (UA-04) prohibits taking retaliatory action against individuals who make a good faith disclosure of suspected financial or other misconduct or violations of policy, etc.
