When You Speak Up, We Take Action

Because our company’s reputation depends on the actions we take individually as team members, team members must Speak Up if you have a question or a concern. We also encourage third parties to speak up if they have a concern about a potential violation of our Code of Ethics or other standards.

All reports are promptly forwarded to the Ethics and Compliance team for review. They will assign an investigator who will review evidence, conduct interviews, decide if the concern is valid and then correct the issue as needed.

Review our FAQs for more information on what happens after you Speak Up.

Report in good faith

We expect individuals to report their concerns in “good faith.” This means sharing information that you honestly and sincerely believe to be true—even if it turns out not to be.

Report your concerns safely

We have a strict non-retaliation policy that protects team members who raise a concern in good faith; ask a question or seek advice about a business practice, decision, action or company policy; or participate in an investigation. If you believe you have been retaliated against, report it.
