After submitting your report, you will be issued a Report Key and be asked to create a Password. Please note your Report Key and Password, as this will allow you to use the Follow-Up feature. Logging in to this Follow-up feature will enable you to:
Upload additional documentation or evidence
View and Respond to any follow-up questions/comments
Provide additional information regarding your report
