The Natura & Co Ethics Line is a convenient and confidential way to ask a question or make a report. It is operated by an independent third-party and is available 24-hours-a-day/7-days-a-week. Natura & Co encourages anyone using the Helpline to identify themselves to enhance Natura & Co’s ability to gather information and respond. However, you may report anonymously.

Natura & Co fosters an open and honest working environment that encourages candid communication and allowing employees to report misconduct and raise ethical concerns without fear of retaliation. Natura & Co will not tolerate retaliation against any employee for asking questions or making a report about a possible violation of the law, the Code, or other company policies. Any person who experiences retaliation for asking a question or making a report should promptly report such behavior. Anyone engaged in retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination of employment.

When you ask a question or make a report, Natura & Co will assign an experienced professional to investigate any known or suspected misconduct. Appropriate corrective actions will be taken with proper management oversight.
