  • Reporting helps prevent misconduct, protect our reputation, and maintain a safe, ethical workplace. It's your responsibility to speak up.

  • Does management really want me to report ethics issues?
  • Absolutely. Your reports help us identify and address issues early, minimizing risk to the company and employees.

  • Can I report concerns to my supervisor, security, or HR?
  • Yes. You’re encouraged to speak with your supervisor or other management. If you're uncomfortable doing so, you can use the HelpLine, available 24/7, 365 days a year.

  • Where do reports go? Who sees them?
  • Reports are submitted securely through EthicsPoint, a third-party system. Only authorized personnel responsible for handling ethics matters can access them.

  • Do I have to identify myself?
  • No. You can remain anonymous. However, sharing your name may help investigators follow up and resolve the issue more efficiently. If you identify yourself, we’ll make every effort to keep your name confidential.

  • What if I face retaliation?
  • Retaliation for reporting in good faith is strictly prohibited. If you believe you’ve experienced retaliation, please report it immediately.

  • How is my anonymity protected?
  • EthicsPoint does not trace phone calls or log IP addresses. Online reports are submitted through a secure portal that does not reveal your identity.
