The Qualcomm Way

We all know there's something unique and special about Qualcomm, our people and how we do business that sets us apart. While we each might describe it differently, at its core, it reflects our shared culture and values – yet is truly demonstrated in our actions.

Our Commitment

We are committed to always doing business with the highest ethical standards. In doing so, we strive to be a great place to work, be good corporate citizens and to drive value for our shareholders.

We act with integrity in everything we do. We trust each other to do our best and to be individually responsible for our work, while interacting in a respectful and professional manner. We have a collective drive for success and are constantly thinking of new and innovative ways to do things. This is what it means to be a Qualcomm employee... this is The Qualcomm Way.

Part of our responsibility is to alert the Company when we know or suspect that one of our employees, agents or suppliers is not acting in a manner consistent with these values. The Business Conduct Hotline is one way that you can raise concerns, ask questions or seek guidance anonymously, to the extent permitted by local law. While we prefer that concerns are not raised anonymously, so that we can most effectively address the concerns raised, it is always better to raise concerns anonymously rather than not raise them at all. Of course, you may also raise concerns or seek guidance in the Company's Code of Business Conduct, from your manager, Human Resources, Legal or any other member of leadership.

The Business Conduct Hotline is also open to any potential parties (both internal and external) to notify the Company of human rights and environment-related risks or violations arising from Qualcomm’s operations or within our supply chain. The most important target groups are persons who are potentially affected by human rights or environment-related violations. Persons not directly affected also have the possibility of submitting information on risks and possible violations. The reporting of such instances may also be done on behalf of persons directly affected.

If you have questions about the Business Conduct Hotline, see the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.

Some countries have hotline notices which are available for employees to view regarding raising concerns in their country, to view these notices please visit Qualcomm’s policy website at http://policies.qualcomm.com/policy/open-door.
