After you raise your concern you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Speaking Up at Qualcomm

The Business Conduct Hotline is one of multiple ways you can escalate a concern to Qualcomm, ask us a question, provide compliance feedback, or seek compliance guidance. Anyone, including employees, partners, customers, vendors, or members of the public can always share concerns with us in confidence, including anonymously if they wish. Qualcomm strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone raising a concern in good faith.

Anyone can use the Hotline to notify us of anything that may violate our Code of Business Conduct, Company policies and procedures, or the law. This includes, among others, concerns about our supply chain, human rights, and environmental concerns. You can raise a concern even if the conduct or issue does not impact you personally.

How We Handle Your Information

If you elect to disclose any personally identifiable information, be aware that we use it to assist with us with appropriate resolution of our investigation and other activities related to the processing of your report.
