Our Commitment

Emerson College is an institution with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Ethics and Conflict of Interest Policy contains rules for operating with the highest standards of ethics. Our Policy against Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation explains your right to work and study at a College that is free from illegal discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Our College's policies promote the importance of personal and academic integrity, compliance with law, respect for property and other shared values of our community. College-wide policies and handbooks are located on the Emerson College website, which you can find at http://www.emerson.edu/policy (please note that the policy website page does not house all of the College’s policies, as some departments may have department-specific policies and procedures).

Emerson College is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management when you believe violations of policies have occurred. As part of our internal processes and within our policies, the College has established protocols for reporting violations. You can also report concerns using this hotline. If you suspect a violation of College policy and you report it in good faith, our Ethics and Conflict of Interest Policy protects you from harassment, retaliation or adverse action for making a report.

In situations where you prefer to place a report anonymously, the College encourages you to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, NAVEX Global/EthicsPoint. You can make hotline reports by telephone or on line.

Concerns submitted via this hotline are submitted to Emerson College’s leadership team for review. You have Emerson’s guarantee that your concerns will be heard.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
