Our Commitment

CONTACT US AND HELP US TO PREVENT.

Dear Colleagues:

We encourage you to continue communicating situations that could negatively affect our institution and shareholders. There are two ways established by Santander US and Santander BanCorp to do so. These are:

  1. Calling free of charge, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada, at: 844-592-8452;
  2. Writing to the members of the Audit Committee after pressing the "Make a Report" icon at the top of this page.

Both are for all employees, at all levels of the organization, and are designed to guarantee the anonymity of those who send us messages and communications. In case the employee wants to identify himself, he can do it. The employee who calls the line or sends a report will not be discriminated against, nor will retaliation be taken against him for the mere fact of using both ways of communication.

Messages and communications made by employees, through the line or when sending a report, will be recorded in the NAVEX Global tool, which guarantees an appropriate management and follow-up process. The line receives information in English and Spanish and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The messages we have received so far have helped to take effective corrective actions in terms of the situations raised.

Possible issues you can bring to our attention are:

We would also appreciate your suggestions to improve the hotline or the inbox.

When the message has been received, it will be assigned a code (report key) and the employee can establish a password. After five or six working days, the person who sent the message can access the “Follow-Up on a Report” icon; use their "report key" and password to obtain information about the status of their message and also to ask questions.

Sincerely,

Santander BanCorp
