Magna employees who want to report illegal or unethical concerns, such as, improper interactions with competitors, improper payments to government officials, conflicts of interest, accounting and financial reporting or control matters, theft, quality concerns, environmental concerns or matters related to data privacy.
Any individual who wants to report concerns about illegal or unethical activities or associated risks within Magna’s Supply Chain, which may include but are not limited to violations of Human Rights or Environmental regulations, workplace health and safety concerns, non-compliant sourcing, or any other comparable issues.
