Associate contacts the Integrity Hotline
- Either by Phone or Online Portal, the associate makes a report or asks a question about ethical conduct
- Associate creates a report key and password
EthicsPoint receives & processes the report
- EthicsPoint does not capture any traceable information
- EthicsPoint notifies Goodyear of the report and relays the details of the question or report
Goodyear Reviews
Takes Action as Needed
- Goodyear's Compliance and Ethics Department reviews the report and distributes it to the proper department for review
- Goodyear will look into the matter as the situation requires
- On occasion, the responsible Goodyear party may follow-up with the reporter by sending a message through the report key they created in EthicsPoint
Resolution
- As needed, corrective actions will be taken
- The outcome of any investigation may be shared with the associate in person if known, or using the EthicsPoint report key if the associate chose to remain anonymous
