I started Bloom Energy to find a solution through technology that could make clean, reliable, affordable energy available to everyone in the world.

This means not just following the law and Bloom policies but exemplifying the highest ethical standards in all of our daily actions – by treating each other, our customers, our partners and other stakeholders the way we want to be treated - with honesty, trust and respect.

If you have reason to believe that a legal or ethical violation has occurred, we count on you to report it. While we encourage you to discuss your concerns with your supervisor, manager, or the Legal or Human Resources Departments, we know that you may not always be comfortable doing so. So, we have made this Bloom Energy Helpline available to you as a supplemental resource. Bloom will not tolerate retaliation against any employee who in good faith seeks guidance or reports a possible violation of the Global Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
