The data privacy regulations of some countries require that a person making a report containing personal data must provide consent and must be notified of certain collection and retention practices regarding information submitted through this system, prior to that person accepting the terms and conditions for the use of this service.

If you do not wish to accept the terms below, we are unable to accept any information through this system and suggest you report this matter directly to either your supervisor or manager and/or, a representative from HR, Legal or Compliance, depending on the nature of the possible violation.
This service is a web and phone-based system provided by Chubb to its employees and business partners (“Reporters”) for reporting suspected violations of laws or regulations, or company policies related to financial, accounting, auditing and bribery matters.
Use of this service is entirely voluntary. You are encouraged to report possible violations directly to your supervisor or manager and/or a representative from HR, Legal or Compliance, depending on the nature of the possible violation. If you feel that you are unable to do so, you may use this service to make your report.
This service captures the following personal data and information shared by you: (i) whether you are employed by Chubb; (ii) the name and other personal data of the persons you name in your report if you provide such information (i.e.: description of functions and contact details); and (iii) a description of the alleged misconduct as well as a description of the circumstances of the incident. Note: where the laws of the country in which you are residing prohibit the report being made anonymously or if you choose to provide your own details, this service will also store, your personal information (your name, your contact details). Please note, your personal information will be treated confidentially and will only be disclosed as set out below.
The laws in some European Union countries restrict the types of reports that can be reported to the Helpline to matters related to accounting, financial audit and the fight against bribery and matters affecting the vital interests of the company or its employees' physical or mental integrity.
The personal data and information you provide will be stored in a database which is located on servers hosted and operated by NAVEX, Inc. in the United States. Our contracts with NAVEX will ensure that any personal information transferred from any country to United States is protected to the standards expected under all applicable privacy laws.
Chubb will promptly notify any person who is the subject matter of a report to this service (where required by local law) except where notice needs to be delayed to ensure preservation of relevant information.
In many countries, reports can only be made relating to bribery, financial, accounting, auditing or similar issues. Further, some countries restrict reports such that only employees in key or management functions may be reported upon.
In some countries, anonymous reports may not be permitted under the law save under extremely restrictive circumstances.
