What is BIC Speak Up line ?

BIC is committed to creating an environment of trust that fosters open communication and encourages employees and BIC stakeholders to report all known or suspected violations of BIC’s Code of Conduct, Group policies and applicable laws. BIC Speak Up line allows you to submit reports through web-submission or telephone, in multiple languages. You may even choose to remain anonymous.

This Speak Up line is not intended for customer service enquiries or concerns related to product quality and safety concerns.

What happens after you report a concern through the Speak Up line?

Your report will be reviewed by authorized BIC Corporate Compliance team members, who will determine further actions, including referral for investigation. Investigations are impartial, fact-based and conducted in strict confidentiality. Reports made in good faith will be kept confidential, in compliance with applicable laws and good business practices.

Commitment to non-retaliation

BIC does not tolerate any form of retaliation directed against anyone who raises concern in good faith or assists in the context of an investigation. Any act or threat of retaliation reported will be treated as a serious Code of Conduct violation, and will be remediated.
