BIC is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our BIC Anti-Corruption Policy and the BIC Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of integrity.

BIC is committed to an environment of open and honest communication. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, NAVEX Global. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in our BIC Anti-Corruption Policy and/or the BIC Code of Conduct, as well as asking for guidance related to policies and procedures.

The information you provide will be treated confidentially and respectfully to the extent legally permissible. You have our guarantee that your concerns will be heard.

Please note that issues relating to Product Safety or Product Quality must be raised through the standard process that applies at your site. This Speak Up line is not intended for reporting of Product Quality/Safety concerns. In the event you have followed local site protocols and your concern has been ignored, then please continue to report via the Speak up Line. In this case as part of our review we will ask you to explain the site reporting protocol and to confirm when and to whom you reported the original issue and what the response has been.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
