Our Commitment
The Safety, Ethics & Compliance HelpLine (“the HelpLine”) was created for the confidential reporting of safety, ethics and compliance concerns. The HelpLine provides all employees an opportunity to speak up, including anonymously, if desired, about unsafe, unethical or harmful situations. It does not change, however, existing procedures for employees in certain operational workgroups with specific reporting systems (ex. ASAP, FACTS, FCR, etc.).
Non-Retaliation Policy
Delta policy strictly prohibits the taking of any retaliatory action against individuals who make a good faith disclosure of suspected financial or other misconduct, or violations of policy.
Anonymous Reporting
Reports to the HelpLine can be anonymous (unless prohibited by law), whether you choose to identify yourself and report anonymously, EthicsPoint and Delta are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of individuals who submit reports.
