Welcome to Zebra's “Make the Right Call” Portal

Zebra's “Make the Right Call” Portal is a resource designed to help you communicate with the Zebra Compliance & Ethics Team about actual or suspected illegal or unethical behavior or potential violations of Zebra's Code of Business Conduct (the “Code”). While conducting a thorough investigation, any information you submit through the Portal will be kept confidential to the extent possible.

Our Commitment

The importance of ethical behavior is at an all-time high, and each Zebra employee has a role to play in safeguarding Zebra's reputation and ensuring that our business is conducted with integrity. To help you do that, Zebra's Code provides general principles to guide employees so that they can act consistent with our values, company policies and applicable laws associated with our business. Please remember that compliance is a global responsibility and all Zebra employees, regardless of their location, are required to abide by the Zebra Code and our values.

Zebra is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception, and we want you to feel comfortable approaching your supervisor, manager, a member of Zebra's human resources or legal departments or any Compliance Committee member in instances where you believe violations may have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this portal, which is hosted by EthicsPoint, a third-party service provider.
