We want you to feel comfortable approaching your manager, Global Ethics and Compliance, or Human Resources if you believe any violations of our Code may have occurred. You will not be retaliated against for raising a concern or reporting suspected misconduct.

Newell Brands is committed to providing you with resources to assist you in speaking up. The Ethics Hotline is a confidential way to ask questions or report concerns about potentially unethical conduct. You can make a report by phone or through this site to our third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. Although we encourage you to identify yourself so that we can follow-up with you, if needed, to fully understand your report, you may make reports to the Ethics Hotline anonymously (where permitted by law).

The information you provide to EthicsPoint will be sent to us and be addressed by Global Ethics and Compliance promptly, discreetly, and to the extent possible, confidentially. We guarantee you that your questions and concerns will be heard and addressed.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
