Report a concern 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Use the MJHS and Elderplan Compliance and Privacy Hotline, via internet or phone, at 1-855-395-9169, for questions or concerns about:

  • Patient/Member Care and Rights
  • Code of Conduct
  • Fraud, Waste and Abuse
  • Billing, Coding, Documentation, and False Claims
  • Privacy, Security and Confidentiality (including HIPAA)
  • Workplace Concerns
  • Questions, Suggestions or Other Concerns

Reporting via the Hotline is confidential and you may remain anonymous. As an organization, we prohibit retaliation, intimidation or retribution against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.

If you are an MJHS or Elderplan employee, you are encouraged to first speak with your manager or supervisor if you have questions, comments or suggestions about normal operating policies and procedures. You may also contact staff in other areas, such as Human Resources, to help resolve your concerns. However, if you are not comfortable with these options, feel free to inquire through the Hotline.
