Our Commitment
We always take action for this it is important that the reports have all relevant information for an effective investigation.
Unethical or unlawful behavior hurts us all. Management is fully compromised with the reporting procedures and encourage you to speak up.
It helps the follow-up if you identify yourself. If you are not comfortable with that, you can make an anonymous report.
All information provided will be used only for the purposes of the investigation and the corrective measures that arise from it. It will be stored in our complaints record.
We protect your identity during and after the investigation so that you can raise your voice without fear.
We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a concern, makes a complaint in good faith or cooperates in an investigation.
Follow up on your alert. In some cases, we may ask you for information to move forward with the investigation.
