We expect our suppliers to uphold similar standards in their business operations

We maintain Ethics Policies that supplement the Code. Each of us is expected to follow these policies when working at RCL. While no guidelines can cover every issue that may arise, it is our responsibility to exercise proper conduct at all times. There is no substitute for personal integrity and good judgment to help us do so.

Shoreside employees may access the Ethics Policies by clicking on the link to the right or visiting the Company’s Intranet. Shipboard employees may access the Ethics Policies on the crew internet and Crew I-Café or request a copy from their HR Manager.
