Non-Retaliation

TD SYNNEX is committed to protecting the rights of individuals who report concerns about suspected misconduct in good faith.

TD SYNNEX does not tolerate acts of retaliation—such as firing, demoting, or harassing anyone—because they submit a good faith report.

If you believe someone has retaliated against you, you should report the matter immediately.

Any act of retaliation is a violation of the Code and is grounds for discipline, up to and including termination.
